You have a meeting and you are at home. You have calculate 30 minutes to come to the meeting by car. But at home you want to finish different tasks. Suddenly you realize that you are late and you run to your car and drive fast to your meeting. Unfortunately you have not consider the big traffic in your town. You are standing at the traffic lights with your car and you cannot wait until the traffic lights go to the green color. This makes you angry and you are hooked. It is a bad feeling.
This is a short example for your impatience. As you probably know there are many other examples about impacience. This example show that many factors can be play a role to get in impatience. It is not just a situation it is a process.
