It's easy to moan about the bad times we live in and to say that there is no chance to change things because everything is connected worldwide.

BUT...all of us can make contribute to a better world by only changing little things in their everyday lives.
Inspired by the project "We Are What We Do" we have started to publish our own ideas how to change things for the better.

Relaxed through life, no matter what happens!


This is the biggest request from all of the world. The solution is serenity.

Not medical progress, but serenity extends your life. But how can i extend my life with serenity?

At the beginning, there are several principles which define serenity.

At first “Change your thoughts and your life changes”. That means your thoughts are very important for your feeling, for your doing and also in dealing with other people.

Secondly, “The trait of calmness is like a muscle that you have to train.

To get serenity is not easy, and you have to train it daily. Then your life will changes.

Additionally, you have to know that serenity is a spiritual power inside yours. It´s like the daily life energy.

But why do you need serenity in your daily life?

For example you want to keep relaxed by high requirements or painful defeats.

And also you want not react with internal stress by pressure from outside.

Serenity can protect you against diseases like “Burnout”.

In addition serenity has a important impact on your work.

Serenity will help you to work with joy and not to lose your challenge ambitions.

Now I will write about “ Four tips for relaxed life”.

The first on is “Others are not better than me! “. That means you have to avoid the envious look at other. This would devalue yourself and your life situation.

Tip number second is “Now is more important than tomorrow”. Finish your work directly and do not push them of later.

Continuing another tip is “ Believe in myself”. That means you have to believe in your abilities, because you will get a high degree of satisfaction.

And at least this is the most important tip for relaxed life “You haven´t be perfect!” Be content with what you have. Also you have to concentrate of your strengthen.

If you follow this stuff and tips , your daily life will change in a positive way and also it could be easily for you to solve difficult problems.

And now I will give you a life motto, which is a most important condition for a serene living.


Serene people aren’t perfectionist. The are satisfied with what they success!”
